Natural Health Skin is dedicated to finding and sharing the very best natural treatments. As well as looking 'skin-deep', it considers how lifestyle e.g. nutrition, stress etc. may affect the skin and how we may treat ourselves on many levels. This website has been born out of a desire to share an understanding of health and suggest truly effective natural products for skin diseases. On the following pages I address several aspects of natural and self help dermatology; skin disorders such as eczema, psoriasis, burns, radiation burns, pruritis (itching), head lice, dry skin, acne, rosacea, fungal infections, herpes, diaper rash and many more.

My name is Tanya Brown. I am a qualified homeopath with a sister, Nicola, who studied nutrition. Both of us have a keen interest in the alternative, natural health-care approach and particularly in relation to the skin. The skin is such a powerful symbol of our overall state of health that we ignore it at our peril.
